Hello!

Please allow me to tell you my story…

My parents instilled in me the belief that the human body is capable of far greater things than we can even fathom. Yes, the bones, muscles, vessels and tissues that we wear around every day are…in fact…Super Human.

This idea has been the filter through which I have sorted and sifted through information, experiences and interactions.

I’ll admit, it didn’t mean much to me in my teens, possibly not even in my twenties. However, as my journey expanded beyond my childhood home, beyond schoolrooms, beyond state and even country borders, this thought…this belief began to pulse, flash and ask for attention.

Why did most people take “expert” advice over innate knowledge? Like drinking 8 glasses of water a day is good for you…

Why did people haphazardly repeat common phrases like “Our joints are like the parts of a bicycle, eventually they wear out.”

Why did people flock to the newest fad diet or exercise regime even when it made them feel horrid and the results didn’t last?

One day, while hiding from the brisk winter wind in a small-town library in New Zealand, I wandered down the human anatomy section and that thought thrummed through every cell in my body. Are these bodies really super-human? I plucked a few simple titles off the shelf and my research began.

Several years, hundreds of books and thousands of hours later, I was convinced. Yes! We live in a self-healing, self-aware, self-regenerating body, who’s entire focus is maintaining homeostasis to STAY ALIVE! If that is not Super-Human, I don’t know what is…

Today, backed by my Personal Training Certification, my Reiki Masters Certification and my Personalized Coaching Endorsement from ph360, I offer people a chance to push the bounds of known human potential.

What would life look like if you woke up every morning, bursting with energy that compounded through the day allowing you to charge through your ‘To Do’ lists, play with the kids, cuddle with your sweetie and consort with your friends? (And have plenty of YOU left over!)

What would life look like if your body actually got healthier while you did all of these things so that when you lay your head on the pillow that night you had more vitality than when you lifted it that morning?

What would your life look like if you became the person your dreams are calling you to be?
